Mostly Clinic-Based 85% of your work is in-clinic, with minimal community visits (all within 15 minutes). Travel is reimbursed weekly per kilometre. Therapy-First Focus No admin overload-AHA and admin teams handle bookings, billings, and resource prep so you can focus on clients. Leadership Support Weekly leadership meeting with the Director and clinical leads - with an open door policy for support whenever you need. Work-Life Balance Option to work a 4.5-day work week with half-day Fridays and flexible hours (7:30am-5:00pm), or a 9 day fortnight. Flexibile work options around school holidays. Balanced Billable Expectations 27 billable hours/week including therapy, reports, emails, longer calls, and travel. Targets are reduced for supervision duties. Bonus paid weekly at time-and-a-half if you go over your target. Modern Facilities - recently renovated!
